Sister Wives, Season A shaman shows up at their base camp and reveals that the Black Wolf's presence may spell disaster for Jeff whose behavior continues to trouble the team. After the AIMS team is split in half, Jeff must come up with answers about the Dark Forest; while the team gets proof of the Black Wolf, Huckleberry reveals that a mysterious creature is stalking the team and finds himself in a fight for his life.
After a shocking discovery, Buck heads into the Dark Forest and encounters someone from his past; Huckleberry realizes that the predator he faced off with wants revenge; the team follows a trail left by Jeff and discovers the mysterious Three Rings.
The team discovers what Jeff was doing at the Three Rings; the team learns what Buck found on his phone; Buck heads to the Three Rings to contact the Little Girl, who seems to be the key to the Dark Forest.
Buck searches for the Little Girl after he makes contact with her and she vanishes; the rest of the AIMS team sneaks into a cabin looking for answers about the other team's intentions; Buck winds up face to face with the Woman of the Woods. The AIMS members are in a race to flee the Dark Forest before it tears the team apart; after a heart-wrenching health update from Trapper, the guys set out to find an old barn that holds the key to all the answers they so desperately need.
In Jackson County, W. The AIMS team sets off after a massive bear creature known as the Silver Giant; this behemoth is said to stand on its hind legs at more than feet-tall and has a silver streak running down its back; Wild Bill decides to research the creature. The AIMS team continues its quest to get to the bottom of the legend of Spearfinger and sets off to investigate the Cherokee Death Cat, a ferocious feline with a deadly curse.
Their quest to catch the ferocious feline leads to a shocking discovery no one is prepared for. The AIMS team meets with their team leader Trapper, who makes them realize they have been missing a big clue. The AIMS team sets off to track down one of the cloaked figures at the heart of the mystery of Spearfinger. Willy and Wild Bill sneak down for a recon mission, and the team realizes the key to their quest is in the rock overhang and the red shed.
Their frantic hunt leads them to a pair of finely crafted torches that shed light on the Cherokee folklore surrounding Spearfinger. The surviving members of AIMS head out on a brand-new adventure that team leader Trapper set up for them before he passed. Equipped with Trapper's journal, they travel to the mountains of the Tygart Valley to prove there are still wolves in West Virginia.
The AIMS team devises an ingenious way to identify a mysterious predator. The AIMS teams braves a blizzard to track a massive red-eyed creature. A monstrous roar leads the AIMS team to a landmark unlike any other.
The team unearths more questions than answers about the red-eyed beast. The team treads on dangerous ground while hunting down the Smoke Wolves. For generations, supposed sightings of these monsters — with such names as Wolfman, Devil Dog, Wampus Beast, Mothman and Lizard Demon — have occurred along the 1,mile stretch of mountains, and it wasn't until the members of the Appalachian Investigators of Mysterious Sightings had their own personal encounters with these creatures that they became believers.
